Is a monthly design plan for me?
Do you have any kind of ongoing design needs? Have an agency but would prefer not to pay their fees on your smaller marketing projects? Do you want to save money on your design work? Like the idea of having a go to, in-house designer that you don’t have to make room for in your office? Then the answer is probably yes … you could benefit from a monthly design plan!
Once I’ve signed up for a monthly design plan, how do I submit a design request?
Once confirmation of your first payment is received, we will contact you shortly thereafter with a “Next Steps” email further explaining our communication process and how to proceed with your first design request.
We do require that all of our monthly plan design requests be submitted via email … that way we both have an ongoing record of information and communication on the project.
Can’t we speak over the phone regarding my design request?
Sure. We can definitely speak over the phone, however, we do still require that a written design request be submitted by email to begin or resume work and in order to prevent miscommunication. You can shoot us an email if you’d like to schedule a quick call to discuss >>> collin@loandco.co
What details will I need to provide?
The more information you can give us the better (and the smoother your design project will go). We ask that you take a few minutes up front and make sure you include all of the requirements we’ll need … such as:
– A detailed description of your project needs
– Any particular preferences
– Size and format required
– Color preferences
– Verbiage to include
– Where it will be used; Print? Web?
We’ll contact your for further information should we need it.
Will I own the work? Can I resell it?
Yes. You will own all of the design work we do for you, and you can use it in any way you wish. Photography that has been used may, however, require additional licensing outside of our ownership or control if you plan to sell, so please keep that in mind.
What type of design requests are allowed in my monthly design plan?
If you’re not sure what types of projects are covered with your specific monthly design plan, click the “Learn More” button at the bottom or your plan on the Monthly Design Plans page. What type of design tasks are not covered in my monthly design plan?
The design requests that are not covered with the monthly pricing plans are the larger, more detailed and time consuming projects. If common sense tells you it’s not covered, it probably isn’t.
Here is a short list of design requests not covered under any of the monthly design plans:
New Websites (existing WordPress re-design allowed)
Video or Motion Graphics
Complex Illustrations
Original Infographics
Photoshop Art or Complex Photo Manipulation
Large InDesign Projects (12 or more pages)
Large Copy-heavy Layout Projects (12 or more pages)
Magazine Layouts
3D / CAD
HTML / CSS / UI / UX, Mobile or App Design
Programming/Coding
Again, you can always email and ask us if you’re not sure!
How will I know how many hours a project will take or how many hours I have left?
When you email a new design request, we will provide a time estimate on your project and advise you on the balance left in your account.
For example:
– A small update to an existing print ad would be approx. 30 minutes.
– Creating a Facebook cover photo would start at approx. 1 hour.
– A 2 page marketing flyer would be approx. 3 hours.
– A tri-fold brochure would start at approx. 4 hours.

Will my hours roll over from month to month?
In order to be able to provide this valuable, discounted design service, we are not able to carry hours over from one month to the next. Hours must be used within the month they were purchased.
What if I run out of monthly hours but need a project completed?
Don’t worry … you can purchase additional monthly hours at your current monthly plan rate if the need arises.
What’s the catch? Why are you offering such a discounted rate?
There’s no catch! We’re graphic designers who know that design work can be expensive. We’ve created these plans to be able to offer a more affordable design option to small businesses who could really benefit from our help.
The only requirement we have is that you make a two month commitment to your plan. If you can commit … we can commit to great design service at an extremely discounted rate!
What if I’m not 100% happy with the work I receive?
No worries. We guarantee that we’ll work on your project until you’re completely satisfied and happy with it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, but we’ll be sad to see you go! After you’ve met your 2 month minimum commitment, you can cancel your plan, no questions asked!
Please note that a refund will not be offered for unused time if you cancel before the end of your two month commitment, so you’ll want to use up the hours you have left.
